How do I troubleshoot a system status that says "Microinverters are not reporting"?


If the microinverter has been moved from its original location, the outlet you plugged it into may be too far from the electrical panel (site AGCP). Return the microinverter to its original location or to an outlet as close to the electrical panel as possible.

Make sure the microinverter is plugged directly into an outlet and not into an atmospheric surge protector, extension cord, or power strip. In absolute terms, the output should not be of the differential type.

If the system owner does not return to normal system status within 15 minutes of performing these tasks, check the status of the microinverter in the device list.
